The sailors in the area are going to continue the Thursday evening sailing through August this year. Enough interest was present after the race last Thursday to move on with this experiment.

It will be a week-by-week race with light scoring. There will be no entry fee and no trophies, just loads of fun. Some donations would be accepted to cover the cost of air horns and batteries for the hailer etc.

The format could change week to week as race committee and committee boat availability changes. We may also throw in a flying sail leg or two for added fun and excitement for spectators.
