Sunday, August 23
12pm – 5pm -Arrive
-Crabbing Derby begins (see rules below)
5:30pm Nick’s BBQ (pulled pork and brisket) and Kathy’s Black Manhattans at the Party Barge (please bring your favorite side dish)
7:30pm -Colors Ceremony begins at 7:49 pm. Wear your GHYC cruise shirts!
Monday, August 24
Early am -Crabbing Derby – Day 2 (ends at 2pm)
8am – 9:30am -Blake’s breakfast at the Party Barge. Enjoy Blake's famous waffles. Berries, chocolate chips, you pick! BYOC
10am – 11:30am -Mausoleum and Sculpture Park guided walk
Noon to 5:30pm -Lunch on your own; afternoon is free
5:30pm -Crab Fest with Club provided appetizers, BYOB or dinner on your own
Tuesday, August 25
10:00 am. YOGA on the barge with Margo Mermelstein. BRING A MAT, BLOCK
-Free day
3pm – 4pm -Wine reception at Wine Party to end the Roche Harbor leg of the cruise; make sure you have your ticket for one free drink
-Dinner on your own
Wednesday, August 26 -Depart
**Crabbing Derby rules: -make sure you have your license and crab pots
-crabs are measured and recorded each day-let Nick and Jane know crab measurements. Participants clean and store their catches on Monday, Crabbing Derby ends at 2pm. Bring your bounty to share at the Crab Fest at the Party Barge. Cooking starts at 4:30pm
**Things to do -Jolly Trolley (hop on/off) around the island including Friday Harbor.

DO NOT call the Roche Harbor Marina to pay for your slip. Boaters' registered slips will be held until the cruise event. Please make payment for your reserved slip upon arrival at the marina. In-Season Moorage rates $3.00/ft + $10/day for 50 amp electrical, 30 amp complimentary*

DOGS and other PETS - GHYC Board Ratified: 2023-11-15
It is of utmost importance to GHYC, that we maintain fun and safe environments for members and/or pets on Club cruises and other Club event locations.
Dogs and/or other pets are permitted on cruises and other events unless otherwise noted in event documentation or venue rules.
Where pets are permitted:
- When on the dock(s) or in an event area they shall remain on a leash no more than 4 feet in length and under the direct control of the member owner.
- Members are responsible for picking up after their pet(s) and disposal of pet waste into proper containers.
- Any damage caused by an animal will be the direct responsibility of the owner.
- If a pet has a history of aggression toward other pets and/or people, that pet shall be physically restrained when not on the owner’s boat or other secure area.
- Owners are responsible to keep their pets under noise control at all times. Excessive barking or other distracting pet noise will not be tolerated especially when the pet is left alone on the owner’s vessel, car or other area.
- Pet owners will also adhere to any pet rules/restrictions posted at a marina or other event site.

Registration is required before Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM
Charges Added To Your Monthly/Quarterly Bill
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, August 10, 2026 at 11:30 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations after 5 days prior to the event will be charged the entire cost of the event up to and including the first nights moorage.
