Sunday, August 23
-Arrive between 12pm – 5pm.
-Crabbing Derby begins as soon as you’re ready to drop your crab pots. Make sure you have your license and follow Washington crabbing laws. Check the Derby rules below.
-Bring your appetite to the Party Barge for Nick’s home smoked briskets and pulled pork dinner at 5:30pm. BYOB.
Monday, August 24
-Breakfast / Lunch is on your own.
-Crabbing Derby ends at the end of the day.
-Sculpture Park and Mausoleum guided walk at 10am-meet at the Party Barge.
-Travel by dinghy to Westcott Bay Shellfish Co. get together at 12:30pm. Space
is limited to 28 people so please sign up with Carol Snyder.
-Happy Hour Extravaganza at the Party Barge from 4pm to 6pm.
-Dinner on your own.
Tuesday, August 25
-Breakfast / lunch on your own.
-Yoga with Margo on the Party Barge at 10am.
-Crab Fest with shared catches starts between 5:30pm-6pm. Please bring your favorite sides and desserts to share. BYOB.
Wednesday, August 26
-Safe travels home!
Crabbing Derby Rules:
-make sure you have your license, crab pots, bait, etc.
-crabs are measured and recorded each day-let Nick know crab measurements.
-Tuesday, August 25, Crabbing Derby ends at 2pm. Final measurements given to Nick. Cooking the bounty to share starts around 4:30pm.

All slips include parking, garbage, water, pump-out, & use of resort facilities.
DO NOT call the Roche Harbor Marina to pay for your slip. Boaters' registered slips will be held until the cruise event. Please make payment for your reserved slip upon arrival at the marina. In-Season Moorage rates $3.00/ft + $10/day for 50 amp electrical, 30 amp complimentary*

DOGS and other PETS - GHYC Board Ratified: 2023-11-15
It is of utmost importance to GHYC, that we maintain fun and safe environments for members and/or pets on Club cruises and other Club event locations.
Dogs and/or other pets are permitted on cruises and other events unless otherwise noted in event documentation or venue rules.
Where pets are permitted:
- When on the dock(s) or in an event area they shall remain on a leash no more than 4 feet in length and under the direct control of the member owner.
- Members are responsible for picking up after their pet(s) and disposal of pet waste into proper containers.
- Any damage caused by an animal will be the direct responsibility of the owner.
- If a pet has a history of aggression toward other pets and/or people, that pet shall be physically restrained when not on the owner’s boat or other secure area.
- Owners are responsible to keep their pets under noise control at all times. Excessive barking or other distracting pet noise will not be tolerated especially when the pet is left alone on the owner’s vessel, car or other area.
- Pet owners will also adhere to any pet rules/restrictions posted at a marina or other event site.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, August 10, 2026 at 11:30 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations after 5 days prior to the event will be charged the entire cost of the event up to and including the first nights moorage.
