Parking Lot BBQ Dinner Meeting
Come enjoy your old friends, and make new friends at our first ever Parking Lot BBQ Dinner event .
Entrees, side dishes and desserts will be packaged individually. Each members will pick up their own items from a serving table. There will be no servers. Please remember what you ordered so that you can pick up the correct items from the serving tables.
Tables will be set up in the parking lot. Please sit with no more than 5 people at a table.
Happy Hour begins 6:00 pm - BYOB
No Bar at this event - Maybe next time.......
Dinner 7:00 pm
Cost is $15.00 for an entree and 2 sides per person - Desserts are 3.00 each.

Pay online by charge card, or by check at the event
Registration is Required by the Sunday midnight prior!!!
In the event of rain, come anyway to pick up your dinner.
